Was at Carron Valley today and after an off by my partner I'd managed to put my bike on the roof with my GPS unit still on the bar.
I got home and it isn't there...I've checked the car and all my pickets and it isn't there. If anyone was at Carron Valley or drove back to Stirling from CV and found a GPS unit...can you let me know and I'll describe it and hopefully have it returned.
Off out to buy a new helmet (due to the crash) and then another drive to CV to see if it is on the road.

i would think it's very unlikely that it would twist 90 degrees and pop out on the roof of a car.
I'd agree but it has done it in the past...didn't fall off then but wasn't on the roof...
I always lanyard mine to the bars. Sorry, not much help in retrospect!
Good advice nonetheless though. Just driven my route a couple of times in the hope of spotting it...no chance.
Off to try find some GPS sales...
