Proper hard day of aid climbing at work with another planned for tomorrow so I'm going to curl up in a foetal position instead.

I will be there.
I will be going for a pootle around the New Forest with my neighbor on Saturday (I broke him when we tried Lordswood)
I will probably be up for a v slow ride on Sunday morning assuming no new injuries
