Is anyone able to recommend a place where I could rent a decent road/touring bike for a couple days in Brittany (near Morlaix)?

I don't know but there's a Brit bloke who runs Bretton Bikes in Gourec. They probly don't do roadie stuff but will point you in the right direction.
