I have a Campagnolo Daytona hub that i am currently making usable again.

I need a new axle and end cap which are easy to source. a couple of new bearings for the free hub.

Problem is that there is a circlip inside the free hub, or more there was a circlip. Does anyone know if i need this circlip for the hub to work? any idea what size, where can i get it if i do need it?

I could buy a new freebub assembly but they are £60-£70 and for the sake of a cir clip!!!!!!

I may have a broken (flange, ouch 😉 ) chorus hub which may be compatible. Will try to have a look this weekend but drop me an email if I forget.
