Help me out here i am trying to remember the name of a rider from back in the day(not within the last twenty years anyway) that i know was based in london.
I heard his name mentioned in a pup a few weeks back and i had never heard of him.I dont like to be ignorant of the oldies.

I can't imagine any sane Tour rider basing himself in London, sounds like professional suicide.
