hi all.the lockout on my recons has stopped working.
Very strange as it was working last time i used them(2nd bike).
i,ts been standing for about 3 months.
any ideas.oil change?

Have you tried cycling the fork a few times to get the oil into cartridge?
edit: maybe fox that needs that?
Dosent help you at all but my Zochi 44's are the same and are currently at windwave for repair.
yep done all the usual.upside down for a bit.then hamered them to get the juices flowing.they just fell like when the lockout is on there,s just a load of compresion from the motion control.

Are they bottoming out at all before full travel, could of lost the oil from the moco possibly?
Not enough oil by the sounds of it, book 'em in for a service.

yep.bottoming out at about 90mm...there set at 120.
needs new seal on moco

yer.no problem doing the service work as iv,e already done all the oils and set them from 100 to 120.
but i think iv,e convinced myself to send them off now for the full hit service as iv,e just found that they also knock when you compress them.
only £85 so off they go.thanks for the advice anyway.
