Looks like you have to unlock them your self (steal?). They only have 1 feedback as a buyer & none as a a seller - which is normally suggestive of a scam. Is he selling 'liberated' bikes?

I personally see nothing wrong whatsoever with that advert. I think you're just victimising the seller because his spelling isn't all that. Grammar police.
It could also be that the seller only has one feedback and is selling four bikes, all of which look stolen
