Is the yellow logo the centre of the bar to line up with stem? As the white line etchings centre line is not inline with logo, but lining up with logo feels better.

Just wondering if there was a correct alignment . I've set bars to centre of logo as this feels right. Setting bars to the centre white line on each side of logo doesn't feel right. So what are the white line etchings for if not used for centre line?
