[Closed] Like a Phoenix she rises from the ashes! (fettled bike content) 🙂

I won't lie, I had kind of fallen out of love with mountain biking for the last 6-9 months. I decided as mentioned on here that a new bike or some bling often kick starts things again.

So after looking at current bike prices I decided to bestow some love and a new drive train on my trusty old Maxlight XC120.

It took some head scratching to get things set up ok but the 1x10 set up was perfect not to mention completely silent.

I felt compelled to get some skinwall tyres just from an aesthetic point of view but they actually worked pretty well as tyres too 😀

All in all a totally new bike feel for far less than a new one would cost and it has reignited my love for off road biking 🙂
