I've just adding useful information about some of the things happening around Morzine this summer.

hi,
do you guys do long weekends? And will a hardtail suffice up in Avoriaz on XC stuff/singletrack?
Certainly "from 32.50 Euros per person per night for B&B", but then this wasn't supposed to be a blatant ad.
As far as the hardtail goes. It's fine but it'll hurt more than a hardtail ridden in the UK. I use a hardtail quite a lot when guiding, especially with slower groups but when I need a technological advantage I reach for the Full Sus. We discuss this a lot, I think overall the most important aspect of an alpine bike is decent brakes. Many disagree and insist only a masochist would not use full suspension.
