Afternoon. i changed my cable wires a few months ago and since then the red "tab" in the display on top of the bars hasn't moved. Even when i've changed gears. Ive taken it apart and looks like the extremely thin shaft inside the body has snapped. i <think> this is where the problem is. am i wrong? if not where can i get a replacement?

in years of riding i have never felt the need to check where it is to see what gear im in, if it feels ok then im in the right gear..
ask on classifieds - a lot of folk take them off straight away - i always do
Agree, i do only use it sometimes. But i like things on my bike to work!
