Had to chop down the hoses to the correct length when I fitted them....they feel fairly solid at the lever but there seems to be a lot of lever movement before they start to bite.
I've bled them with the pads fully retracted and no change to the lever throw. If I pumped out the pads slightly and then bled, would this make them more immediate (less movement at the lever before biting). Or would I just get the pads rubbing on the rotors?
Its about 1cm movement at the lever tip before they bite. Is this just the way Elixirs are, or should I persist with bleeding again?
