looking for some recommendations for some good winter (padded) tights, mainly for commuting on the road bike but that can also be worn under baggies on the MTB.

Was looking at the altura night vision, but I already have the jacket and didnt want to be too matchy. also cant be too long as Ive only got little legs!!

Let's face it. You've gotta be a man to wear tights!

i'd recommend bibs over your regular shorts, that way you can buy cheaper tights.

I like my Specialized ones, the altura ones are thinner but the cream of the crop is my De marchi wibter ones. mmmmmmmmm fleecy ๐Ÿ™‚

I have a pile of endura ones. They seem to work OK for me, although my winky doesnt like them a lot ๐Ÿ™‚

I have some with a yellow crotch, blue crotch and red crotch. I have no idea what that signifies.

i've got endura as well, not very expensive and seem to last a long time and be comfortable. i wear 3/4 length ones with a bit of a fleecy surface inside. they're good.

"yellow crotch, blue crotch and red crotch"

depends on the fungal infection you have at the time I think...

ive got very long legs, so go for 3/4 lengths to prevent it being a problem.

3/4s under camo shorts is a good look

dunno - i have varying pairs of tights dependant on weather - if i could only have 1 it would be stealth lite. the waterproofness is ACE and means no more fungle crotch (provided you keep up with your hygeine)
