Spill your secrets oh fountain of knowledge.
What has the most carbs/protein for the least weight, easy to prepare, digestible and as a bonus edible?
What to eat in between?

Hi, I'm from Swindon.

I've also ridden LeJog. Your question is vague. Are you camping self supporting or bed and breakfasting it?

Supermarkets or cafes for full english breakfast and pubs for lunch and tea. Eat as much as you want. I took cereal bars to snack on and cadburys boost bars for the last few miles of the day when i was struggling. We camped but only cooked when desperate.

I lived on lucozade sport and flapjack for the duration of LeJog and my Ireland tour as well.
