Anyone know lots about lefty ELO's?

Stripped and serviced the cartridge the other day now the elo goes straight to the yellow light rather than the red.

changed the battery, same thing.

worked fine before I had it apart.

Any Ideas what I could have done? may have it apart again at the weekend to see if there's anything obvious loose.
