Either off at J22 up at the top by the mast or off at J21 Milnrow and head for Hollingworth lake (about 4 miles off the junction).
Problem with the J22 ride is you are at the highest point....if you go down , well you've got to go back up ! No route descrptions - sorry!
You could do the Myra Hindley loop?

Yes - the locals all have 6 fingers on each hand, have webbed feet and smell of dead otter.
