[Closed] LCD TV Wall Mounts - Advice please

I'm looking for a bracket to mount my TV on the wall (Sony KDL-40W5500). A lot of brackets seem to have a gap of around 2.5cm between wall and TV but this seems very close to get the cables out the back of the TV and bent down through 90°.
Is this enough space? Do I need kind of special 90° plugs on the end of my cables or am I worrying over nothing?

Or you could just space it off the wall a bit?
The bag of bits most brackets come with have a variety of spacers included...............
