Some of the code still has your name in it

i.e.

& images lifted off CRC

Lazy thieving affiliate. Worth reporting him to Afiliate Window (the network who pay him commission for the CRC etc sales he generates), who should sort him out pretty quickly - otherwise you could reasonably hold them responsible.
