I am compelled to mention what exceptional service I got from Jeremy at the Magura stand at MM at the weekend. Polite, professional and determined to get me out on the course with a safe set of brakes. He spent an age helping me out and went well beyond what he needed to do. Just thought I'd mention that.... The sun is shining and it's not all bad is it?

The guys from USE/Exposure were awesome as well.
I had a problem with a Flare light. The manner in which they responded to the problem was well in excess of what I was expecting.
I was only there as a spectator!!
