Sorry - what I mean is a laptop pannier that doesn't look like a pannier when it's off the bike. I don't mind it looking like a pannier when it's a pannier.

I've got a Deuter 'Essential Bike'. Clips onto the bike like a pannier, but smart enough to take into the office.

Ortlieb Downtown. Get the QL3 version and the back is completely flat off the bike. Love mine. 19L will just about take laptop, work, some clothes and a small windshell.
