Does anyone know what's the best way to get in touch with Lapierre? I bought a bike last December , cracked the frame in summer , got my local dealer confirmation in September that they will replace it for me as part of warranty coverage and I can't manage to get my spare parts - 4 month down the line. Local dealer blames it on lapierre - lack of customer support .... I've tried to get in touch directly with them via lapierre web site I've logged a complaint and I did not receive any answer. It really sucks!

You could try getting in touch with Hotlines they're Lapierre's UK distributor?

Thanks I'll give it a shot. I bought my bike in Russia so far I've tried to manage the issue via their Russian dealer.

I've never run into trouble with Lapierre spares, but I've heard of shops claiming they don't exist.

Hotlines should either sort you or point you in the right direction depending on warranty restrictions (no idea if there are any in the case of bike bought outside Europe)
