[Closed] Lads first build and a thank you...

I saved a frame recently from the scrap yard and my son (17) has claimed it.

He's stripped it down to every nut and bolt and rebuilt it as this:

He's had to buy bar tape, cables, diesel and cake.
(He's also had to help remove a cherry tree stump and roots from the garden in exchange for raiding the parts bin)

I'm rather proud, as my role was advisory, not hands on.

ps After taking the photo he has lined the valves and logos up, and now thinks that all cyclist have OCD.
