Tbh I've used them for a number of emergency last minute fettles and found them really helpful. They even gave me advice on what to say to my bike shop over a warranty issue that they initially knocked back. Worked too. Few years back mind..

Mate of mine went in to get spoke replaced on rear wheel(ended up with new rear cassette too). MUCH time later set off round black trail, cue lots of strange grinding noises. Turns out they forgot to do up the rear brake disc...schoolboy error!
