I went for my usual weds evening ride in the forest, only for a couple of hours and today my knees and shoulders are hurting.
They are normally ok and dont bother me at all but today i am knackered and hurting!
Recently i have started pushing it a bit harder when i am out, standing and powering through singletrack and up short hills so am thinking this would be the main cause of my knees hurting.
With my shoulders i am wandering the same, if i am standing and putting more weight on my arms wether this would be causing it, the bike is being thrown around a bit more, i also changed the bars recently but they arent too indifferent to my last ones.
Am i on the right track maybe and i should give my body a rest inbetween rides and i should get used to it.
