..have these the tighest most annoying powerlinks in the world ?
Had no problem with Sram chains or even 10 speed shimano ones but can't get this one to link at all !
Anyone else had probs ?

Use some grips on it, either pump grips or a footprint wrench. Get the teeth either end of the link and squeeze gently till it pops in. Always works for me
I've fitted loads, no problem.
But SRAM gold powerlinks don't fit on the KMC 9-speed chains, if that helps...
I think it must be what youre used to.
I always used KMC which I always got on with but changed to SRAM (some Merlin special offer) and I cant budge them for love not money!
Yeah tried a spare Sram link.The pins are too short.I can open and fix a sram one with one hand.Must have an extra tight one !
Brilliant chains, brilliant links no problem for me.
