Doing the London Brighton Offroad and want to get as much weight off my back and on the bike.

Basically want tools, jackets, spares etc that kind of stuff on the bike and stuff like food, water etc on the back.Got just one bottle rack on bike.

Any recommendations of kit for this?

I've done it on my own and a camelbak mule sufficed. Bought food en route, plenty of garages and shops, even filled up the water bladder. Tools, spare tube and patch kit/pump. Job done. Didnt notice it on my back.
