Planning my first 50 miler of the year this morning and then bang my youngest breaks his arm last night resulting in a five hour trip to A&E and a 2:00 am return!! To make matters worse he only had the cast off his other arm last week after breaking that one 6 weeks ago!!
Kids eh!!
