I've heard that some riders go for a bit of a pedal after having some more put in though 😆
They've always told me to give it 24 hours after [i]Donating[/i] for gym or cycling. All thats going to happen after a blood test is it may bleed a little more.
PS - I'm [b]NOT[/b] a doctor!!!

It's a test to see if I have good aids or bad aids.
Grunn good aids or bad aids test,in very poor taste i feel,only at the weekend we had Elton John wiling to adopt a young child suffering from Aids he got from his mother.
Aids does kill people straight and gay,male and female.
if you do have Aids diagnosed after the test,please feel free to pass the diagnosis onto all of us for our sympathy and respect for your feelings.
I can say that you don't want to ride to a blood test realise you are running late so sprint the rest of the way as the blood kind of flys out.
