Your bikes and type of riding may seem a million miles from most folks on here Simeon, but it's not that different really.

I haven't caught any of your threads for a while and only the other day was wondering if you still posted on here. I do like a read of your ride reports occasionally. Hope I still have the enthusiasm as the years roll on - inspiring stuff!

I'd never ridden in 'the other' Borrowdale until doing a C2C type ride back in June - wonderful little valley with some brutal climbs up out of it and cracking descent down into Tebay after, in the words of my better half after finishing the climb 'I've never been so glad to see the M6!'

Yes honeybadgerx Borrowdale is cracking valley to ride through at anytime of the year and try to ride through once each year.
