Do they require their own special shim to be used with an OS 31.8mm stem? I ask as I have sourced a lovely Seven Ti 31.8mm stem, with their 25.4mm-31.8mm shim, and the bloody H-bars won't fit?? The tubing seems to be slightly flattened/ovalised or something??
