do any company make a copy of this bar please?
Titec have (or had) a licensed copy of the H-bars out a while ago.
They have a slight rise to them.
Humpert do something which possibly may-be-a-bit like the Loop Bars from look of them ... Ergotec Handlebar Boomerang 25.4, or Ergotec Handlebar Space 25.4.
The Titec version are known as J-Bars.
Don't know of any others, but I'd be quite interested myself.
Any particular reason why you don't want the real thing? The expense?
Use to have OO Mary's which were OK, but prefer my loop. Had to buy a longer stem to use the the Jones though...
there may be a few titec versions around but they are discontinued now. I found them quite unforgiving, i'm lucky enough to have the Ti version and feel much nicer after a few hours.

Vorlich, how did you find the Mary Bars with the stem length. Any different to normal bars? I'm thinking of getting some but was unsure if I should change the stem for them?
Humpert make a similar loop bar, you see them on eBay for £30 on a regular basis
No change in stem length for the Mary's vs flat/riser, IME.
Titec H bars had a rise and looked poop and the J Bars were flat and are lovely. Not noticed them being harsh to be honest. Had a few Ti H bars in my time but couldn't justify keeping them.
I've got a used Titec 'H' bar in aluminum if your interested. Wouldnt want much for em.
antibob - definitely H not J? If J I'm very interested.
Surly open bars have a similar sweep... I use them on my fixie..

All the titec new are long gone.
I'm also a fan of the 23 degree salsa bars, not as sweepy as a jones, but still pretty sweepy..

just to bring some balance, i prefer the titec h-bar over the j, and still keep mine ready for another bike.
always been more of an upright rider rather than bent over racery type tho. dont know why they get a bad press really, theyre great.
For anyone as daft as me them there bars above are Answer bars currently unavailable at CRC and I'm sure they are worth every penny of there MASSIVE price tag 😆
Has anyone tried to run a Jones bar with a bar bag?
^ no, mainly used with baskets
^ I only use the basket for fetching bread.^

Joe - I use a Revelate Sweet Roll on my Jones Loop Bars. Perfect set up as far as I'm concerned. I'm thinking of another set of Loops for my 29er too.
Thanks for the advice Scotroutes.
