XT 9 speed.
Only on bottom gear, which gets used an awful lot these days.

Very little B screw adjustment left.

It's been on for a while (years), has it just worn out?

Still seems to index perfectly and it's clean and lubed.

Hanger seems spot on, will get it checked though.

I had that on mine, in my case it was as the hanger was v soft and the b screw had worn a hole into the hanger(so the b screw was effectively shortening). I fixed it by getting a tiny flat bit of hard metal (shim) and putting that between the b screw and the hanger.

...or remove the B screw and screw it back in from the wrong side ๐Ÿ™‚

I tried that(several times....) and it is a LOT harder than it sounds......... ๐Ÿ˜ˆ

Shim probably less hassle than effing about with screwing the wrong end.
