Have any of you bought from these guys before and if so, does it actually come from the states and therefore is subject to import duties etc?

I tried to buy something a few months back and even though the website said it was in stock, they emailed me two days later (two days!) that they didn't have the item and couldn't get it. They refunded my money no problem, but the service just seemed a little lacking.

Ive used them to buy stuff in the US & had np probs but not sure about getting stuff sent back to the UK.
