As per usual I am between l and xl. Is their sizing ok or on the smaller size like Spesh and Santa Cruz?

Compared to modern geo they're tall and short.

I'm 6ft1 and have a Jeffsy 29 in L, I am only just tall enough for the 150mm dropper and I'd say I've slightly longer legged. I came from a 20" 26 Orange Five and has the same reach but slightly shorter seat tube so is bang on for me.

I'm 5'7" on a M and it's spot on. Most of my other bikes are S. So I think the answer is they come up a bit small.

5'6" and a Medium. Fits lovely but the Reverb is all but slammed.

PinkBike has a big thread on them and I'm sure you'll find someone there the same height as you. Leg measurement is almost as important as height.

I'm also 5'7" and was considering one, length wise only the medium would do, my stumbling point was a 440mm seat tube and a 150mm dropper. Numbers suggest I wouldn't get that low enough at full extension, so had to discount it. For a 5'7" shorty I've got reasonably long legs, how did you get on onewheelgood ? Did the 150mm work for you or did you have to get a shorter dropper ?

Don't forget the sizing is quite different between 29er and 650b ones .
The newer 650b ones are around 15mm longer per size and also lower than the 29ers.

Yes the 650b ones are slightly longer but the seat tube lengths are the same so you still need to size up carefully to ensure you have enough room for your dropper of choice. For example the 520mm seat tube on the XL would restrict me to a 125mm dropper, which I don't want to go back to.

I'm 6'1". 34" leg and have the 29r in large. I was also torn between the L and XL, but YT advised the L, and its spot on. I would not have wanted to go any bigger

I too am 5’7’’ with 29’’ legs. There’s a good inch of seat post to play with for the saddle height that I like. That’s on the 29er.

@hughjenjin my legs are just under 30" and I have the dropper about 2mm from being fully slammed. So the 150mm is ok for me, but only just.
Edited to say I think it's a fantastic bike. Go for it!

I have a Jeffsy 27 L. I'm just shy of 6' and the bike is plenty big enough for me, especially with the dropper post - rarely use it fully extended even for pedalling uphill.

We made a website to help answer this question - geometrygeeks.bike

Looks like we have a couple of Jeffsy models on there already. You can compare with whatever else you've ridden, and it's pretty straightforward to add another bike if we don't have it yet.
