This looks like a good deal to me considering the reduced price. Anyone tried one or know anything about them? Wanting something nice an insulating for the cold but dryish rides to work in the winter.

Alternatively, are there anyother options at this sort of price? Trying to keep the budget down as much as possible.

I don't know about that but i have a casual "Windstopper" style Zara jacket that seems as good as TNF at 2 x the price.

Windstopper is a great material/concept IMO - gloves, tops etc.

Jeantex are very big in Germany - they are the main sponsor of the Transalp. Not sure about their clothing in general but X thousand German bikers can't be wrong and it's a pretty good price.

I did look at some of their rain shells on a sale rack in Austria and they looked pretty flimsy, though they were super-lightweight.

No experience of that particular jacket, but I've just taken delivery of one of these from ebay - similar price to what you're looking at. It's a lovely jacket, nice to have the pit-vents, drop tail and the shoulders/top-of-arms is 3-layer waterproof material.
