Still off the bike after my Weacombe excursion / highside on the Chips ride, so I used the vid as a pick me up, there is a high res version somewhere but alas I cannot find it

Andy so whats the damage then ?Reading Charlie's earlier thread Qs is dancing on ice territory atm .Was going but think i'll give it a miss .Can't believe the bloody ice won't melt !Temps are going back below freezing again this week so end of January then ?

Just watched the Ballroom Blitz bit was looking for that yesterday .Pity i shan't get to the Qs this summer . :(Have to "settle" for Whistler instead ! 😀

There was a high res version in another video sharing site which was closed down, I'll see if i can put the file on you tube as a HR but not sure how too...

OF The ice is on the hard pack, i'e forest roads and main tracks.

Anywhere sheltered is fairly wet but no worse than the summer conditions..

I was spinning out in top gear thats all I remember (singing Jilted John to myself)and according to Knottie I highsided and the bike stopped I went about 6ft in the air then down into the ditch head first, broke my Hex helmet and er knocked myself sillier

OF My neck and shoulder is still not good and alas no visable wounds to make a war story of 🙄

and I now NEED TO GET OUT

I am now a bit concerned because the wife bought me a HD helmet cam for xmas, but she wants Knottie to wear / use it, muttering something about insurance 😕
