Not quite today... Yesterdays ride in the sunshine. Obviously as soon as this happened at the furthest point of the ride with me having no singlespeed chain links then it started raining. Heavily...

My bike started to make some knocking noises on yesterday's ride. This was the culprit. No riding for me 🙁

Sun? Not on todays ride, howling wind, some rain and a pleasant hailstorm to give me brain freeze on the ride down the hill from Nant-yr-arian today. Still fun 🙂
Todays ride ?
Wet, windy and all of it on the road 🙁
- off road was wetter than an otters pocket. I only went out to move my legs and stop me getting bored indoors.
I gave up after 50 mins.
Lots of water once you get down from the hills...

... and some trees down - I got out of here PDQ as a tree behind me was half down and there were ominous cracking noises in the gusts

A bit of sun for me, but mud and gloop everywhere 🙁
Was knacked after 15 miles and went to the pub.
Managed to avoid the mud but the headwind up on the South Downs way was brutal and was even worse as a side wind.
