I bought some of these and have been impressed, but find them quite sweaty on warmer days (when it threatens to rain and doesn't), even though they're 3/4 shorts. I went for 3/4s not the std length shorts as I reckoned they'd keep my knees warmer

Not tried any other to compare them against though.
Oh and choose them over the Endura Venturi, as there half the price & I couldn't see the Endura's being that much more breathable (wasn't aware of the Endura Superlite's option when I bought these though).

Do Endura make any in eVent? That would be my pick if they did.

The Endura Singletracks have a DWR, water repellant coating and I've bene impressed with their ability to shrug off summer showers and puddle splashes.

Endura do make The Venturi in the eVENT fabric, they're around £110. I ordered some today from LL.
