Went out on the bike today after an 8 week run of bronchitus/chest infection.
planned to go out for an easy hour only, after under ten minutes it felt like I had been riding all day. Had a little loop in mind but at the top of the 1st small climb I was sick and was struggling for breath so turned round and took the shortest flatest way home.
The last mile my legs had that dead feeling that you get after you bonk, my head really hurt and was spinning
managed to make 10 miles. I dont think I am better yet 🙁

Found out why
Diagnosed with pneumonia at doctors today
Really, really peed off. 6th course of anti biotics now
