Yesterdays message was a promise to answer all queries personally, today it's just a vague comment on the subscription number about chasing up Royal Mail. I thought my contract was with stw, tbh I'm beginning to think that they don't give a toss about subscribers

I don't think my copy has arrived yet. Has everyone who is still missing an issue contacted Jamie, our subs guy about it? He has a list of those who are still missing their issue. Equally, if you've told him your issue is missing and it's since turned up, please give him a nod so that he can call the search hamsters off.
Just to clarify, we are continuing to receive confirmation from subscribers that Issue 62s are landing on doorsteps everyday.
