Rideable? Fun? Never ridden it so fancied a go sometime soon...

Perfectly. Its an old road. Done it easily in 4 wheels and two,.Going from the east you climb with a mix of gravel, stones and mud. Then it drops over stones etc. Was graded with slate chippinga few years ago which spolit it and unfortunately the big slabs, steps etc have gone but it isnt bad. Def go east to west. then work over to Penmachno anda spin round the artificial stuff.
