FRA forums are probably the best bet...
I reckon the [url= http://forum.fellrunner.org.uk/ ]FRA forum[/url] is possibly closest demographic wise, but lacks the volume of argumentative squabbling that we can muster over here. Ask them about the importance of proper safety rules if you want to start the equivalent of a helmet debate here.
I'd say FRA too.
