I have a Leisure Maps app on my windows8 phone, free to use (with ads) but requires a data connection to work fast although it can work without.
No idea if its compatible with win7.5 though.

PS, leisure maps uses OS maps.
I've installed OS Maps onto my Windows phone. Not used it much but it seems good.
