[Closed] Is there a cure for gritty XT freehub?

Just picked up a cheap set of second hand wheels.
Unfortunately, the rear M756 free hub is running a little bit gritty. Can it be serviced / fixed or do I need to get a new free hub body?
Name of a cheap supplier would be appreciated.

Ta!

Lx hubs at on one for £15, cheaper than freehubs.

Not cheaper when you add in a wheel build!
Could I take the free hub of the LX hub and fit it to the XT?

I'd remove the freehub then pry off the rubber seal on the back and flush it through with a solvent ...wait till dryish (use hair dryer if in a hurry then drip in a light lube . certainly worth a try.
there was a thread on this ages ago or look at the park tools article
