As per title, can't tell from the phot what the frame is like, but full Tiagra looks quite reasonable at this price?

Assuming I have to use Wheelies...

Or you can get a Tiagra equipped Ribble for less.

you don't 'have' to use anyone, though your insurer may try to make you.
wiggle have a moser with 105 for 770. no idea about it, but at that money you could almost afford to bin the frame if you didn't get on with it.

A friend of ours has a Viking Vittoria - same bike pretty much but with Shimano 105 running gear. I think the wheels are meant to be better on the Circuit (Shimano hubs vs Formula). The problem with these bikes are the frames - they are the same frames that Viking use on their £300 cheapo bikes - very heavy indeed - don't let the paint job fool you! If you can pick up one on the cheap it might be worth keeping the parts and then buying in a better frame from somewhere like Chain Reaction - they have some nice Ridley frames on sale at present.
