It can be done on anything. It's just a question of how pretty, how much faff, how expensive.

i just had a look at mine
fairly easy
there there is external routing on the downtube , but youd need zip ties or stick on guides on the chainstay

On the chainstay you can run it under a chainstay protector, hiding the zip ties

Duno about the Kona but I drilled out the cable stops on an older Specialized to fit full outers. Just make sure you don't drill out the final cable stop.

Thanks for the replies, its for a mate who is ripping through gear cables and outers and wants a full outer...i'll show him this thread
