...to modify a Fox FIT F120 to get an extra 10mm or so of travel out of them (and to raise the front end). I'm sure I have heard of this being done in the past but I cant find anything on the web.

But if you really did look on the web and didnt find an answer it probably cant be done.

Strangely yes - it used to have 130s on which felt perfect (although the forks were naff). I bought some nice new ones at 120mm and its just never felt quite the same since on the techy stuff.
Its not something Mojo would sanction I wouldn't have thought - it definitely involves cutting stuff.
It's not exactly pressing but since I'm about to strip them down to service just thought I might see if it was possible.
