My Orange Stage 4 is driving me nuts. The reverb hose, brake hose and cable run through the big square thin-walled (yes like a filing cabinet) downtube.
On every suspension movement they knock loudly, just like a knackered shock bush does. It doesnt help that they enter almost perpendicular to the surface of the tube.
Any clever ideas how to silence this? There's not a lot of access to get anything else, foam etc in there.
Cable ties with the long bit left on have helped me out, if you can get them in.
Would you have decent access if you took out the BB ? I'd shove a bit of bubble wrap up there
