Seeing as I need to specify a value on my renewal. My main bike is built around an 853 Altitude frame, but Genesis don't make an 853 26" hardtail anymore.
What's something similar that I could base a replacement value on? Kili Flyer? Soul? Any others?

New for old policy right. So if they can't get an exact replacement, they will go for something close to it. And the insurance company dude probably knows nothing of steel, and will sign anything off.... And you want the same tubes, at the same angles, in the same colour.....
It's got to be a custom dekerf.

Soul is very very close in terms of geometry, the classic Soul will match the seat tube too.
Okay, so:
Soul - £500
Scion - £350
Kili - £750(!)
