[Closed] Injury recovery bike. xc/touring frame. Your expert advice required.

Advice on frame to meet above use. Important that no toe overlap! Mistake could set recovery for a long time.
Mud guard fittings, rack fittings would be nice. May consider fitting discs so mounts helpful. Steel frame I supose but anything you can suggest would be helpful.

Would I have been better waiting until we were all back at work so you had more time to advise. this is what you call a bump.

I'm not sure what you are looking for. Is this a MTB-style tourer (flat bars etc) or a roadie-type tourer with drops?

I'm also not sure what issue you think you have with toe overlap. Any 700c wheeled bike can give you this (especially if you are shorter than average) but I can't say I've ever actually hit my front wheel with my feet.
